Our Mission

Why we do this

CFGS exists to help public-benefit organizations build the compliant, documented, measurable infrastructure required to operate responsibly and pursue funding. We create approved documents, SOPs, KPIs, business and financial plans, and impact statements; lead practical workshops; support nonprofit formation readiness; and prepare submission-ready grant packages. We do not teach people how to write grants.

The gap is not complicated. Smaller mission-driven organizations rarely have grant staff, time to research funders, or a system for post-award reporting, and the funding process is built as though they do.

What we do, and where we stop

What we do

We train organizations to maintain compliance and operate durable systems. Our work includes document and SOP generation, workshops, KPI and impact frameworks, nonprofit formation readiness, business and financial planning based on approved data, and submission-ready grant packages with customized instructions.

What we do not do

We do not guarantee funding outcomes. We do not submit applications for you, and we do not administer awards once they are made. Anything drafted with the help of technology is read by a staff member before it leaves here.
