CFGS may use technology, including AI-assisted drafting tools, to help prepare educational materials and draft sections of grant packages. All technology-assisted content remains subject to review by CFGS staff before it is used, shared, or included in a final deliverable.

What technology does not do

Technology used by CFGS does not fabricate official records, approvals, signatures, audits, IRS determination letters, licenses, certifications, or professional seals. It does not make eligibility, acceptance, or financial-classification decisions on its own, and it does not submit grant applications automatically.

Why we disclose this

We believe organizations we work with should know when and how technology assists in preparing their materials, and what stays under direct human accountability.
