One pathway. Four organizational gates.

Build the organization. Restore the gaps. Measure the work. Then pursue the grant.

CFGS builds compliant organizational systems, documents, SOPs, KPIs, plans, financial materials, and impact statements—and prepares complete submission-ready grant packages for qualified organizations. We do not teach grant writing.

Choose the right starting point

Readiness is a gate—not an add-on

CFGS routes each organization to the work it needs first. Paying for grant development does not replace eligibility, current records, a workable project, or the ability to certify an application truthfully.

CFGS prepares organizations to compete for funding.

Submission Ready means the package has been prepared against the funder’s published requirements and completed CFGS review. It does not guarantee eligibility, acceptance, or funding.

Post-award support requires a separate scope

  • Award-administration and reporting calendars
  • Reimbursement-package and deliverable coordination
  • Program-data, KPI, and evidence reviews
  • Procurement and subrecipient file organization
  • Closeout-file and audit-readiness coordination

These services are not included in the $500 package. Availability, responsibilities, and fees require a separately approved Statement of Work. Legal, accounting, procurement, audit, and other licensed judgments remain with qualified professionals.
